Well, it’s officlal Heskins material is too durable at times!
Back in 2016, when life seemed so much easier, we supplied a customer 6 pieces of Blue Coarse Resilient anti slip tape in 6”x24” for use around their pool. The pool gets used regularly, the materials are saturated with chlorinated water and exposed to not only constant UV but also all weather conditions. It is now June 2024 and the customer has decided that the material could do with replacing. We cannot always guarantee a lifespan of 8 years for our anti slip tape but it does show how durable and effective our products are!
Fast-forward to June 2024 — eight years later — and the customer has finally decided it’s time for a refresh. That’s right: the same tape installed in 2016 has remained in place, performing reliably for nearly a decade in one of the harshest everyday environments imaginable.
While we don’t typically promise such an extended lifespan (environmental factors, foot traffic, and application quality can all affect longevity), this case demonstrates just how robust and dependable Heskins anti-slip solutions can be when properly installed.
