Benefits

ColorCovers are self-adhesive frames to allow you to quickly produce any custom sign in any quantity you require using a standard inkjet or laserjet printer. This allows you to create durable custom signage that will be seen for as long as required.

Application

To use, simply type out your message and print on a standard printer to a letter or half-letter page, place the paper face down on the back of the sign, remove the backing strips for the adhesive, and apply to a clean, dry surface. These signs can be applied on walls, doors, machines and floors, making them extremely versatile and cost-effective. Once applied, they are ready to use immediately.

Colors & Sizes

Available in large ( 15.78″ x 12.36″ ) with a letter-size window and small ( 12.36″ x 9.92″ ) with a half letter size window, and 5 colors, black, white, yellow, green and blue, all of which comply with OSHA regulations. This allows you to include the custom signage in the organizational color coding of your building.

Tape Thickness

ColorCover™ features a total applied thickness of approximately 0.019 inches, offering a sleek, low-profile finish while maintaining excellent durability. Its specialized PVC film backing provides reliable adhesion and enough flexibility to conform smoothly to flat, curved, or irregular surfaces. This balanced construction ensures long-lasting coverage without adding bulk, making ColorCover™ ideal for labeling, sealing, color-coding, and a wide range of industrial or organizational applications.

Material

ColorCovers are constructed from a homogenous plastic film with colored frames conforming to OSHA regulations, with clear window in the center to portray your message with a surface that is slightly embossed for slip prevention during floor use. 4 self-adhesive strips on the back of the colored frames complete the ColorCover, allowing them, when applied, to hold fast.
